1/4 c. margarine, softened
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts
4 tsp. liquid sweetener
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
Combine first 4 ingredients in small mixer bowl. Beat at high speed for 1 to 2 minutes or until
light and fluffy. Add next 4 ingredients with 1/2 cup water. Blend at low speed until well
combined. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Dough will be soft. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
