1 c. raisins cooked in 1 c. water
1 c. prunes, cooked in 1 c. water,
cut up
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1/4 c. Sweet-n-Low
3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1 c. black walnuts, chopped
Dredge walnuts and raisins in flour. Beat eggs and applesauce together. Combine all other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes in sheet pan.
