3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Sugartwin (sugar substitute)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. applesauce, unsweetened
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped dates
Combine all ingredients. Pour batter into 2 ungreased 9 x 6 x 4 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes.
